After reading from the Braille board, visually challenged visitors are given a chance to touch and feel the reptile about which they read

Sunny Gaikwad, one of the students who visited the snake park in the past, says, "At first I was a little scared to touch the snake, but I soon got over my fear and really enjoyed the experience, gaining a lot of information in the process," says Gaikwad.

The snake park also contributes to society through various other projects, which include programmes to create awareness about the harm done to snakes, various books and movies on wildlife as well as animal rescue centre.
