  • Wipro Technologies’ Wipro Academy of Software Excellence (WASE) earn-and-learn programme, that recruits graduates in science, computer science and computer applications, has appealed fresh graduates, those who pass out in 2010, to appear for their entrance test in December.

“By enrolling in this programme, a student gets the double benefit of gaining work experience as well as get a master in science (software engineering) from BITS, Pilani. In addition to a fixed stipend, all the expenses incurred on education will be sponsored by the company,” said Bharat Reddy, head of campus recruitments (west), Wipro Technologies. The company has recruited more than 6,000 such graduates since its inception in 1995.

Students in final year BSc, BCS, BCA with Math, CS, IT, Electronics, Physics and Statistics and who had scored 60 per cent and above in SSC, HSC and graduation (aggregate of first and second year) are eligible to apply.

An online common entrance exam will be held from December 13 to 20. Candidates will be intimated about the time, date and venue in the hall ticket sent to them.
