Workshop held to improve communication skills

During the inaugural session Dr K N S Kang,General Secretery,LMA delivered the welcome address and stressed the importance of effective communication and team building in organisations. The theme was further facilitated by Tahir Sufi,Harpreet Kang,Deepika Arora and Rajesh Chandran from PCTE Group of institutes,Ludhiana.

The workshop was well received by the participants from the fields of academics,exports,Chartered Accountants,trainers,bankers,jewellers and engineering products. The objective of the workshop was to understand group behaviour,inculcate team spirit and create an environment of constructive communication across various levels which would lead to free flow of ideas and information.

The workshop also had various interactive sessions,where the participants were involved in different games and exercises. The sessions helped participants realise the role that constructive communication and effective team building can play in creating an environment of progress for their organisations.
