Flintoff accepted that England couldn't capitalise after a 'good start and also scored only 21 runs in the powerplays'.

All rounder Andrew Flintoff expressed disappointment at England's failure to capitalise on their good start as they lost the third one-dayer by Duckworth-Lewis system to concede a 0-3 lead to India in seven-match series.

"It was disappointing the way match went today. We could not capitalise on our good start and also scored only 21 runs in the powerplays," he said after the match.

England, who were 102 for two at one stage, lost quick wickets to be reduced to 133 for four and were wrapped up for a modest total of 240 after a delayed start.

Flintoff also rued loss of time which was another factor in their defeat but said climatic factors could not be helped. "We lost a lot of time. But there was no choice in the rough climate," he said.

With remaining four games becoming crucial for the visitors to win the series, Flintoff said it would not be an easy task but he believed the team could do it.

"It won't be easy but we would like to do exactly that. We would like to win all the remaining games," he said.

India cricketBy: ashin | 21-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward The first 2 matches were 1 sided but as we all kknow england team has come back strongly in the 3rd match. we have to look forward a tough competition in the comming matches. any cricket lover would surely love a tight match which went in favour of india in the 3rd match. lets hope that wont happen again and we beat england comprehensively and show that we are the no.1 ODI team. earlier we proved we are the best 20/20 team and test team. Last but not the least lets welcome sachin to score few runs and prepare himself for the test.
Worst cricket teamBy: Sanjin | 20-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward Not possible at all. This England team is worst than Bangladesh. Result will be 7-0 and all will be in huge margin. Here mostly looser are the cricket lovers who wanted to see competition and good match, but here all the matches are one sided one and we can bet that remaining match will be the same.
Challenge a headBy: ashin | 21-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward any indian would lv that but we should never deny englands capabilities. always there will be dificulty for the visitors to settle down, history shows that. lets hope visitors come back strongly and lets see how doni and team handle them.the rest 4 match will be tough and india needs to concentrate more on parterships.
