  • Meri bhi icchha hoti thi, mere andar ka shaitan jag uthta tha (even I felt the urge, the demon in me used to wake up).”

This is what Surinder Koli, sentenced to death for one of the 18 Nithari serial killings, is quoted as having said under the influence of the truth serum at Gandhinagar’s Directorate of Forensic Sciences (DFS) laboratory while describing visits by “call girls” to the house near Noida “almost every night”.

The DFS put Koli and his employer Moninder Singh Pandher through psychological assessments, polygraph tests, narcoanalysis and brain electrical oscillation signature (BEOS) profiles. The DFS report on the tests, accessed by The Indian Express, says Koli had no mental or personality disorder, that all killings were rooted in fantasy and an “overpowering compulsion” to kill.

Pandher, the report says, may not have known about the killings in his own house. “My house is mine only on registry, it is more of Surinder's than mine... how could so much happen under my nose without my awareness,” Pandher is quoted as having said during the tests.

The report says Koli was convinced his employer was responsible for his sudden urge to kill, cut and eat — “maarna, kaatna, khana”.

The DFS tests profiled the duo as two “emotionally deprived and sexually deviated men, separated from their wives and family, living in a single house and trying to cope on their own in their different ways, without feeling concerned for, or bothered about each other.’’

According to the report, Koli spoke of “call girls” visiting the house “almost every night’’ and how, after watching from the shadows, he would find it difficult to check his own desires. “Meri bhi icchha hoti thi, mere andar ka shaitan jag uthta tha,’’ the report quotes him as having said.

Nithari Killing By: Abdulmajeed Khan Advocate | 13-Oct-2009 Reply | Forward Dear Sir, Brain maping, narco analysis or polygraphic tests has no relevance in the eyes of law.Manufactured investigations of the investitgation agecy, far from the reality can never take the place of truth. The difference between manufacured investigations and truth has to be considered by the courts, having knowledge of law and experience gained. The judge delivering the judgment if ignored his legal obligation, in meeting his responsibility in the context of law, and failed to make difference between truth and manipulated evidence,e.g. quoted the premium Rs. 450/- for additional risks covered by insurance policy and failed to quote Rs.5000/- premium amount for all risks covered and rejected the claim.this may be justice in the eyes of law, till set aside by the higher court. We are governed under law of evidence and its provisions has to be observed for reaching the conclusions by the courts. therefore, investigation story based on presumptions is difficult to be approved." Justice Late Is Justice DeniedBy: phoenix | 12-Oct-2009 Reply | Forward Its a shame! The dirty face of Indian law and order..We are not fools..both Pandher and Koli are equally involved as per the reports in Jan 2007.With time the insensitive citizens forgot the case and those investigating got their chance to fill their pockets and throw mud on the rich's evidence and punish the poor...Where all those statements came from saying,Pandher bribed the police in that area so the children missing were not reported, their alleged involvement in child abuse together, where Pandher said,'he cant sleep without sex,so if no call girls available,he would go for children',that promoted Koli to go further and eat their flesh, although he was not a pervert and Koli killed Payal for refusing him.In just two and a half year Indian Justice has shown its ugly face, the RICH escaped. And,OMG!Was he unaware, never heard a shreik, never saw a body in bathroom, never spotted a blood stain in his own house!SHAME SHAME INDIANS FOR KEEPING A CLOSE EYE ON SUCH A SENSITIVE MATTER!
Shame to ask forginess for a crime like this.By: kamal Thakur | 12-Oct-2009 Reply | Forward Both of them are guilty of heinous crime. Both of them knew about the girls being brought in the house and without the knowledge of each other is beyond imagination. Judicial system of our country has to be tough on these type of inhuman persons.
