Claiming that there is a lack of coordination among security agencies, the CPM leader said the police, National Security Guard and other agencies need to be modernised.
He also advocated the resolution of the Nepal crisis through democratic means and said India should not interfere in the internal matters of Nepal. “India has not interfered earlier in Nepal and should not do so now,” Yechury said.
