A youth was today arrested for allegedly sexually abusing an eight-year-old rag picker girl here, police said.
Chaman (21) forcibly took the girl to a secluded place and sexually abused her last week in Bhanwarkua area of the city, police said.
The girl's parents filed an FIR in the incident yesterday, following which police nabbed the accused.
The girl has been sent for a medical examination, police added.
