Zarar Shah admits role in attacks, US gives Pak Lakhvi tape, say reports

    The report commented on the “big fear in the West and India” that Pakistan would ultimately release all militant leaders (like Lakhvi and Shah) as it did after taking them into custody for a few months after the 2001 Parliament attack.

    “They've got the guys. They have the confessions. What do they do now?” the report quoted a diplomat as saying. “We need to see that this is more than a show. We want to see the entire infrastructure of terror dismantled. There needs to be real prosecutions this time.”

    PAK - The Utimate TerroristBy: Pushpinder | 02-Jan-2009 Reply | Forward Expecting PAK to admit its role in sponsoring terrorism is like expecting sun to rise from the west - it's not going to happen. The whole world can show the rock solid proof, but all will fall into deaf years, because admitting that is to accept the realty of PAK, a failed state. While India is a shining example of vibrating democracy, PAK's only claim to fame is its notorious ISI and being host to originator of 75% world terror attacks. Best thing India can do is to follow Israel's example and give PAK a heavy doze of their own medicine. It is quite transparent to everyone that this is the only language they understand. One thing PAK needs urgently need to comes to terms with is: As you sow, so shall you reap.

Politicians have no time to focus on this national problem because of their indulgence in vote bank and collecting money for elections and their families. Kasav's captors deserve highest recognition otherwise 26/11 Mumbai attack has been another event to repeat empty and useless response from our leaders that we will not spare these terrorists. WE have leaders having criminal background and have all the security at the cost of the tax payer. Criminals can win elections sitting in Jails where they are provided Five-Star Hotels facilities. Had Kasav not been captured and six American not killed in 26/11 attack, even United States would not helped India. God can save india.

In the name of assisting NATO allies they are just building up their terrorist bases. Try dismantling these bases,eradicate these so called religious schools(madrasas) educate your people and encorage them to follow the Indians in their quest to become an economic power rather than beating the war drums and intimidating your neighbours. Would thePakis like if India retaliates like the fearless Israelis?? No wonder all over the civilised world people of your Islamic nation of Pakistan are viewed with suspicion of terrorists or suicide bombers. Can you blame if your people are treated with mistrust when they travel to Europe/USA/Australia??? USA should have put you back to stoneage after 9/11 .

The US should have stopped believing in Pakistan years ago.Pakistan is no longer a state, but a collection of competing interests, some of the most powerful of which are attacking democracy in their own nation and elsewhere.With the removal of the Taliban from power next door, Pakistan became the home of international terrorism and this will not change on request.Fundamental change is needed and it must be imposed.
    Let and cohotrsBy: kul bhushan | 01-Jan-2009 Reply | Forward Pakistan needs to come clean and break all ties to theterrorist groups.The game is over to play India card. in light of mumbai attacks India has chosen to become a strong american ally it is in the intrest of both countries .Ideologically india can be easily understood being a pluralist democracy.America having chosen first mixed race president with middle name Hussaine has proven by its votes that it is becoming multi racial and more accepting society.Its high time Pakistan stop hiding behind its religous origins and becomea strong member of international community.It should become a proud nation where minorities have full rights and women are treated with dignity.If india and pakistan tensions were removed they can be partners in trade and improve life of its forgotten citizens.It is great hope for 2009.
