Timed Out
The SP and the BSP used the opportunity of the all-party meeting on FDI in retail to voice some of their other concerns as well. So did former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda. The JD(S) leader, who, as always, did not forget to mention that he was a farmer first, said it was immaterial to him under which rule the discussion on FDI took place in Parliament because he would in any case not get more than two minutes to speak. Speakers get time according to the strength of their party in the House and the JD(S) has only three members in the Lok Sabha.
