The 60s Show
Three senior ministers, all of them with legal background, will be turning 60 in the next fortnight. While External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid will be 60 on January 1, his colleague and Commerce Minister Anand Sharma will join him four days later on January 5. From the other side of the political spectrum, BJP leader Arun Jaitley, the Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, will celebrate his 60th birthday on December 28. Both Jaitley and Sharma are expected to celebrate their birthday in the capital, but Khurshid, who has been rechristened the "Great Indian Traveller" by his wife Louise given that he is the External Affairs Minister, is likely to spend the day at Ooty.
