Mumbai beat -- Stabbed to death
The young fellow obviously didn't know the rules of the game and refused to share...
MUMBAI, May 11: Dadar police feel that the stabbing incident on May 10, which led to the death of 22-year-old Anand Ganpat Bambulkar was not intentional.
Around 11.45 pm, Anand was accosted by his colleague Prakash Barge and his friends Vijay Masaokar and Gabriel Fernandez at the Sasmera Marg slums at Adarshanagar. Prakash alongwith his friends allegedly provoked Anand into a fight which got out of hand when they attacked him.
Stabbed in his abdomen and leg, Anand could hardly walk up to the maidan nearby before he succumbed to his injuries. The police were informed at around 3.45 am by an eyewitness. While Prakash and Vijay have been arrested, Fernandez is absconding.
