BERHAMPUR (ORISSA), May 27: At least 15 persons were injured when supporters of the ruling Congress and the Janata Dal clashed at Kabisuryanagar on Monday, as electioneering in the Aska Lok Sabha constituency hotted up two days before the by-election. Police had arrested 20 persons and seized a country-made gun following the incident.
