HYDERABAD, July 2: The AP Minister for Major and Medium Irrigation, Tummala Nageshwara Rao, has said that Karnataka had no right to criticise Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu, even after the experts committee of the UF government held Karnataka guilty for over use of Krishna water under the Almatti dam. AP therefore would not permit Karnataka to proceed with the construction of the Upper Tunga project and other projects, he said.
