CHENNAI, July 2: Dr M Anandakrishnan, vice-chairman, TN State Council for Higher Education will head the southern regional committee of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) set up to review proposals for starting new engineering and polytechnic colleges in AP, TN and Pondicherry.
