CHENNAI, July 2: Fifteen NCC cadets, including 8 girls have been selected from Tamilnadu to go abroad under the youth exchange programme. They will form a part of the senior-division NCC cadets selected from across the country to visit Canada, Singapore, UK and Bangladesh.
