Diesel, LPG may cost more NEW DELHI: Prime Minister I K Gujral said on Thursday that the subsidy on diesel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) would be reduced drastically. This means that the consumer will have to foot the bill of hike in these goods. He howevere, ruled out any further hike in the price of kerosene. In an interview to Doordarshan, Gujral said the government was willing to take into its own account the huge oil pool deficit of Rs 19,000 crore.
