CHENNAI, July 31: The National Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will organise the 10th National photo contest on 'India Turns 50 today'. Photos must be shot during midnight, on August 14-15, 1997, and can be in colour or black and white. This contest is not open all but the employees of the ministry.
