Dilip Kumar gets highest Pakistan award Veteran actor Dilip Kumar and the Melody Queen of yesteryears Noor Jehan have been conferred Pakistan's highest civilian award, "Nishan-e-Imtiaz", on the occasion of the golden jubilee of the country's Independence.
