NEW DELHI, AUG 15: Navratna PSU Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is working for full decontrol of the petroleum sector by the end of the century, the petroleum secretary, Dr Vijay Kelkar said in Dehradun today.

Speaking at a function to celebrate the 50th year of Indian independence at the ONGC office premises, Kelkar said the two major policy announcements on new exploration licensing policy (NELP) and the "navratna" package to ONGC would give the corporation an opportunity to prove its best in this field, an ONGC release said here.
