CHENNAI, Aug. 14: With the commissioning of three 'new technology' exchanges in September, by Chennai Telephones, the applicants for telephone connections iu Valsarawakkam, Kodambakkam and K K Nagar are expected get some relief as a total of 16,000 lines will be connected.
