French Stewart

Born on the 20th of February 1964 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, French Stewart has delivered many a brilliant performance. He earned his BFA from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and has numerous stage credits on his resume, ranging from contemporary theater to Shakespeare and the classics. He earned his Screen Actors' Guild card by portraying Yogi Bear on Hanna-Barbara's Shakey Quakey tour, which eventually fired him for removing the head of his costume in front of children. In 1988 he became a member of the Cast Theater, where he performed for five years in the Los Angeles cult hit Zombie Attack! and numerous other stage productions. Stewart received three separate Best Actor awards from LA Weekly magazine for his performance in Justin Tanner's productions of Party Mix, Happy Xmas and Pot Mom.

An activist for HIV/AIDS education, he has toured with the Secrets program, which performs for and counsels young people. He lives in Los Angeles, and is the official spokesman for Clamato, a clam drink. (Damned crazy Americans -- what the hell are they doing drinking clams??!!!)
