‘Honour killing’: CM orders magisterial probe

Bulandshahr : UP police on Saturday arrested the fifth accused in the suspected honour killing case of Abdul Hakim even as the state government ordered a magisterial probe. The move came on a day when the MHA sought a report on the matter from the state.
