Kolkata : The Division Bench of Calcutta High Court on Wednesday directed cargo-handling company ABG Shipyards to remove the equipment from Haldia dock under supervision of two receivers but said ABG cannot take the equipment outside India. The Bench comprising Justice Asim Banerjee and Justice Sukla Kabir Singha said ABG will not be allowed to sell these equipment under any circumstances and could use them under the supervision of the receivers. The Bench was hearing an appeal filed by the KoPT against the single-judge bench order which too had allowed the firm to remove the equipment but had not put the rider of not taking it outside India.
