Man rapes deaf and dumb niece

Hardoi : A minor deaf and dumb girl was raped by her uncle in a village here on Tuesday, police said. Rishi Pal raped his 13-year-old niece at Murari Kheda Majra Jeyo village, they said. As the mother of the girl came to know of the incident, Rishi Pal took out a country made weapon and threatened to kill her before fleeing from the spot. On the complaint of the victim’s father, a case has been registered and the girl sent for medical tests, police said.
