Kochi:: India wants friendly neighbours and was trying to find an amicable solution to the disputes with Pakistan and China, Defence Minister A K Antony said here on Friday.

“We do not want any confrontation with Pakistan and China and we are trying to find a solution amicably, but problems are still there,” Antony said in a brief interaction with reporters.

Antony, who was here to participate in a Coast Guard investiture ceremony, was replying to queries on cross border militancy in Jammu and Kashmir and border disputes with China.
