Tell us about your daily diet.
I start my day with a cup of tea. Breakfast is usually something light, a fruit or upma. Lunch comprises dal, sabzi, roti and rice. In the evening, I have a papaya and dinner is the same as lunch, unless I go out to eat.
What’s your exercise routine?
I do cardio and weight training for 45 minutes daily.
Is there something you binge on?
Fudge brownies.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Italian and Mughlai. I am also very fond of chicken biryani.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I would exercise more if I had to lose weight and eat a lot to put it on.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Every time I eat out.
What’s your idea of health?
Regular exercise and a peaceful mind.
