Ascendas fund plans 62-acre integrated project in Gurgaon

New Delhi: Ascendas India Development Trust (AIDT), the private property development fund spearheaded by Ascendas, has announced that it will develop a 62-acre integrated project in Gurgaon, in partnership with Dr Fresh Healthcare Services Private Limited. The total investment will be to the tune of Rs 1,500 crore. The integrated project will comprise an IT special economic zone (SEZ) along with residential, retail and commercial developments. Located 30 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport along the Sohna State Highway, the project would be developed over a period of seven years. The development is expected to be executed in phases to meet the market demand, with the first phase to start in September 2008.
