CCEA to take up Essar Power proposal today

Email New Delhi: : The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) is on Friday expected to consider a proposal of Essar Power to infuse up to Rs 8,000 crore funds for downstream investments through its holding company. Apart from this, the CCEA is also expected to consider a proposal of Rakindo Developers to set up a wholly owned subsidiary and bring in FDI upto $250 million.
