Saudi national arrested on way to LoC

Kupwara SSP Vijay Kumar said he was arrested by the Army during routine checking at Chowkibal and later handed over to the police. “He has no documents and we are unable to understand his language. He speaks very little incoherent English. He wrote down his name as Noor ul haq, son of Hassan Saraf, of Mecca in Saudi Arabia. He said something about misplacing his travel documents in Delhi,” Kumar said. “We are suspicious because we want to know what he was doing in Kupwara and that too heading for the LoC.”
