




Tell us about your daily diet.
I do not follow a routine and eat whatever I feel like. It’s different everyday.
What is your exercise routine?
I don’t follow any exercise routine. All I do is run sometimes and if it is too hot I go to the gym and run on the treadmill. If I really feel like doing weights then I have dumbbells at home.
Is there anything you binge on?
I binge on nothing. Cravings are all emotional and to satisfy them we binge on something. But I am quite aware of myself and since I don’t have cravings, I don’t have to control them.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
Japanese and Italian cuisine
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Well that is a totally unhealthy thing to do and I won’t do it either ways. For the last 23 years my weight has been fluctuating between 78 and 80 kg and I have definitely been one of the fittest guys around.
