Srinagar, Aug 29:: Curfew remained clamped in the Kashmir Valley for the sixth consecutive day on Friday without any relaxation.

The curfew, which was imposed in all the 10 districts of the Kashmir Valley in the wee hours of Sunday to stall a march by separatists in Srinagar, was in place without relaxation, official sources said.

Police and paramilitary forces are patrolling the deserted streets of Srinagar and other parts of the Valley.
