Tell us about your daily diet.
I try to eat healthy. In a day, I have some five to six small, light meals generally containing fresh fruits, salad and fish.

What is your exercise routine?
Working out thrice a week. I run, cross-train, do light weights and yoga.

Is there anything you binge on?
Chocolates and ice-cream.

What's your favourite cuisine?
No favourites as such. I love sea-food, no matter in what way it’s prepared.

What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Go on a diet.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I don’t follow a diet as such. I try to eat healthy all the time, with occasional indulgences. It’s a lifestyle, not any particular diet I stick to.

What is your idea of health?
Physical fitness and abstinence from vices.
