Deepika Padukone who remains in news for her affairs with co-stars like Ranbir Kapoor or Ranveer Singh feels that the on screen chemistry can't be created. Talking to a leading daily about the equations she shares with her co-stars she said, it's different with each co-star. There ought to be a certain comfort level with your co-star, otherwise there's no chemistry on screen. The audience can see through that. Personally too I enjoy working with people who I can be comfortable with.
