The war of words and series of blame-games have just heated up between Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and Delhi Police, with the state's Chief Secretary, PK Tripathi today saying that the Delhi Police have no authority to comment on the functioning of the SDM since she did not report to it. Tripathi remarks came shortly after the conclusion of a Cabinet meeting aimed at coming to a conclusion over the recent turmoil between the Delhi Government and the Police.
