Iconic cricketer Sachin Tendulkar displayed his humane side during an event at Kolkata, wherein he spoke about the essence of philanthropy that one ought to practice while releasing a pictorial book on him titled 'The PEAK' by Bengali photojournalist Suman Chattopadhyay. He encouraged the society to donate to the needy and the poor. It is said that as of now, Tendulkar takes care of the school fees, tuition and other needs of 200 needy students in Mumbai, indeed, a noble gesture.
