Reacting firmly on BSP Supremo Mayawati's attack on Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari by telling that he is ot seen in the House in the afternoon after which the House is not allowed to function, SP Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav has asserted that nobody can comment on the Chair. Mentioning the Government's failure in listening to the views of the opposition as the chief reason behind frequent disruptions of the Parliament, Mulayam adviced the Government to listen.
