Social activist-turned-politicians Arvind Kejriwal and Prashant Bhushan are likely to announce the name and constitution of their political outfit today in New Delhi. This will be the first meeting of its national council and the members are expected to ratify the name and elect a 30-member national executive. It will be the highest decision-making body for the party. The party will be formally launched on November 26 at Jantar Mantar. Echoing similar views, Social activist, Manish Sisodia said that they have people from different fields who would be working in their party. Kejriwal and others plan to submit their paperwork, including a videotape of today's meeting, 300 affidavits, and other formalities within the next week to the Election Commission for registration of the party's name.
