Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai who was on a four-day visit to India, met President Pranab Mukherjee at his residence in New Delhi and recalled the time when he was studying in India as a student and said that the great personalities of our freedom struggle really impressed him. Earlier he also met Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh and in a joint statement had expressed happiness in wake of the agreements signed by both the nations boosting cooperation in various spheres, including mines, youth affairs, small development projects and fertilizers.
