Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today slammed the Congress for misleading the people of Gujarat by making false promises and termed the party as a 'burden'. Addressing an election rally in Junagadh Modi also said that Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh should do their homework properly before coming to Gujarat.
