Maoists, who resorted to extreme violence by torching properties and trashing villagers at Bandhua village in Latehar region of Jharkhand, have been identified. A police officer said that action would be taken against them at the earliest. The members of People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) set houses, vehicles, hotels on fire and severely injured innocent locals in Bandhua village. Virtually desperate to retain their ever shrinking ground, the Maoists have stepped up their efforts against the government as well as the locals to spread fear psychosis in the Maoist infested areas.
