Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi today lashed out at Narendra Modi for lack of development in Gujarat. Addressing a public rally in Surat, Gandhi said that most of the development that had taken place in Gujarat was due to the schemes of the central government. Gandhi said that the central government made no discrimination while allocating funds for development in the state.
