A case has been reportedly filed against 111 people for defamatory remarks against Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman P J Kurien on Facebook over the infamous Suryanelli gang rape case. Bindu Krishna, a Mahila Congress leader in Kerala, had filed a complaint with the cyber cell of the Kerala Police against the defamatory comments. Kurien is not an accused in the case. BJP spokespersons Balbir Punj condemned the whole matter. Meanwhile more than 100 people have been questioned by the Kerela police for allegedly posting derogatory comments about PJ Kurien regarding Suryanelli gangrape case.
