In a major setback to Pakistani Executive, the Pakistan Supreme Court has today disqualified Interior Minister Rehman Malik along with 10 other parliamentarians for holding dual nationality. The Supreme Court in its verdict has ruled out that all eleven MPs holding dual nationality were ineligible to retain public offices and said that they were being disqualified under Article 62 and Article 63 of the Constitution. The court has asked for recalling all the facilities provided to these parliament members. In June this year, Pak's SC had suspended Malik from the membership of Parliament for not providing the documents of the renouncement of his British citizenship.
