Kargil martyr Saurabh Kalia's father wants Pak to apologise

New Delhi/ Palampur, Nov 28 (ANI): The father of Kargil war hero Captain Saurabh Kalia, who was made captive and subjected to cruel torture by the Pakistan Army in 1999 has moved the Supreme Court seeking its direction to the government to raise his son's case at the International Court of Justice. In his petition Dr. NK Kalia, a retired scientist, has asked the Government to get Pakistan to apologize for the incident that went against all norms of the Geneva Convention. Meanwhile, reacting to the development, Union External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid expressed his distress and concern.
