UPA not averse to debate FDI

Amid the continuing deadlock in Parliament over FDI in multi-brand retail, for the fourth consecutive day the government today indicated that it was not averse to a discussion on it under any rule, including a vote. Speaking on the Parliament impasse, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that his government was confident of numbers. Meanwhile, addressing mediapersons, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said that the party is not concerned about any votes.
