Team Indias injury concerns will be on the selectors minds when they sit in Kolkata on Tuesday to pick the team for the first two one-day matches against South Africa. While Yuvraj Singh is yet to recover from his wrist injury and has been ruled out,Gautam Gambhirs left forearm was bruised after he was hit by a Morne Morkel delivery.
Sreesanth is reportedly carrying a hamstring niggle while Harbhajan Singh has already pulled out on account of his sisters marriage.
According to sources,off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin,who was part of the Twenty20 squad against Sri Lanka is expected to replace Harbhajan while all-rounder Yusuf Pathan,who scored a hundred and a double hundred in the Duleep Trophy final,stands a chance to make a comeback.

Ishant Sharmas form has been a worry and his place will be subject to severe debate with Uttar Pradeshs Praveen Kumar and Sudeep Tyagi and Abhimanyu Mithun in contention. Bengals Asoke Dinda,who made his debut in the last tri-series,is likely to be left out while left-arm seamer Ashish Nehra is expected to spearhead the attack with Zaheer Khan.
The batting department looks more settled with the return of Sachin Tendulkar. Virat Kohli,Ravindra Jadeja,Suresh Raina and Dinesh Karthik are expected to retain their places.
Meanwhile,Pragyan Ojha has been released from the Test squad to play the last two Vijay Hazare Trophy games for Hyderabad.
The left-arm spinner is expected to edge out Amit Mishra in the one-day squad,with Jadeja and Pathan qualifying as additional spin options.
