Ethan Hawke struggles to balance home and career

“Anybody who is a parent who wants to have a professional life knows that it’s a struggle,always a difficult balance.”

However,the ‘Training Day’ actor admits his burden is made easier with the help of his oldest daughter.

“Maya is about to be 12,so she’s getting pretty good with the baby,” he said.

Earlier this week,Thurman also admitted that she also struggles to find a balance between being a good mother and committing to work.

“I don’t want them to notice when I’m exhausted or depressed. They need a steady mother who gives them a feeling of security,otherwise they might become even more vulnerable than they,as children,already are,” she said.
