Jennifer Lopez sheds tears while accepting award

Jennifer Lopez attended the event accompanied by her boyfriend Casper Smart.

Singer Jennifer broke down in tears as she accepted two gongs at the Premios Juventud awards.

Lopez,43,looked stunning as she received the awards on stage and dazzled the crowd in a short gold embellished Zuhair Murad dress before hugging her fans,reported Sun online.

Her ex-husband Mark Anthony looked on from the crowd as she was honoured for her work. He attended the event with new girlfriend Chloe Green while Lopez was accompanied by boyfriend Casper Smart.

Earlier in the evening she had performed her hit On The Floor with rapper Pitbull.
